Ordering & Prescriptions
How many lenses do I get per pair?
Each quantity (1 pair) includes 2 lenses — one for each eye. If you add 1 to your cart, you will receive a complete pair.
How do I order if I have different prescriptions for each eye?
You will need to place an order for 2 separate pairs, one for each prescription. Add each prescription to your cart individually and specify the correct power for each eye at checkout.
What does Plano (0.00) mean?
Plano (0.00) means the lens has no vision correction. Choose this option if you want colored lenses purely for cosmetic purposes and do not normally wear prescription glasses or contact lenses.
What prescription powers do you carry?
Most of our lenses are available from 0.00 (Plano) to -8.00. Some styles may have a different range. The available powers are listed on each product page. If you need a specific power, feel free to contact us and we will check availability for you.
Do I need a prescription to order?
In the United States, contact lenses are classified as medical devices and a valid prescription is recommended. However, our non-prescription (Plano 0.00) colored lenses can be ordered for cosmetic use. We always recommend consulting an eye care professional before wearing any contact lenses.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 10-20 business days for international delivery and approximately 2 weeks to the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking page. Simply enter your Order ID and the billing email address you used at checkout, then click Track.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by destination. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can monitor your package.
Is shipping free?

Are your colored contacts safe to wear?
Yes. Our lenses are made from FDA-approved materials and manufactured under strict quality standards. They are designed for comfortable daily wear. As with all contact lenses, we recommend following proper hygiene and care instructions and consulting with your eye care professional.
Will the colors show on dark eyes?
Absolutely! Our colored contact lenses are specifically designed to show vibrant color on dark brown and black eyes. Each product page includes photos and reviews from customers with dark eyes so you can see real results before ordering.
How long can I wear the lenses each day?
We recommend wearing your lenses for a maximum of 8-10 hours per day. Remove them before sleeping. If you experience any discomfort, redness, or irritation, remove the lenses immediately and consult your eye care professional.
How long do the lenses last?
Our lenses are designed for 12-month use from the date you first open them, with proper care and storage. Always store them in fresh contact lens solution when not wearing them, and replace the solution daily.
What is the diameter and base curve of your lenses?
Most of our lenses have a diameter of 14.0-14.5 mm and a base curve of 8.6 mm, which fits the majority of eyes comfortably. Exact specifications are listed on each product page.
Lens Care
How do I care for my colored contacts?
- Always wash and dry your hands before handling lenses.
- Soak your lenses in fresh multi-purpose contact lens solution for at least 6-8 hours before first use.
- Clean and rinse lenses with solution after each wear.
- Store lenses in a clean case with fresh solution — never reuse old solution.
- Replace your lens case every 1-3 months.
- Never use water, saliva, or expired solution on your lenses.
Can I wear colored contacts with makeup?
Yes! Insert your lenses before applying makeup and remove them before taking makeup off. Avoid getting makeup, creams, or sprays on the lenses. Use oil-free and lens-safe makeup products for the best experience.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Opened lenses cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Please contact us to initiate a return.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
