Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

If an item is out of stock, we will offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

There will be no refund if the customer simply does not like the lenses, such as color preference or comfort.

Once a replacement has been shipped for a store error, refunds are not applicable for that order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and photos of the issue for verification.
